My friend and I had an amazing week at the Mercure in Krynica Zdroj. The spacious and clean room had a great view from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, perfect for physically disabled clients. The restaurant served delicious Polish cuisine. The spa was a treat, with skilled therapists and a relaxing pool. The whole place was beautiful and made us feel welcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent. We even had a late check out at no additional charge.

Guests can easily walk down to the city center from here. underground parking is available for those with cars. the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom. the staff is friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, never with any communication problem. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options to choose from.

Great location close to the city center and with underground parking. Rooms are spacious, clean, and offer international TV channels. Breakfast buffet is fresh and rich with plenty of options to choose from.

Some rooms may have malfunctioning bathroom fans, and the mattresses may be too firm for some guests. the Smart TV can be slow and needs to be rebooted every time it is turned on.
